Shaun started working for Hyland Construction during his early years all the way through high school.  He worked every summer on various job sites, learning the unique characteristics of every trade, from equipment operator to carpentry.  After high school he became an apprentice carpenter/equipment operator.  Four years later he became a Superintendent, and after two years advanced to Project Manager.  In 1999 Shaun became the company Vice President where he managed day-to-day operations.  Shaun became company President in 2014.
