Jeff has been involved in hundreds of projects across the nation.  As the Preconstruction Manager, Jeff coordinates the design process for the team, establishes the GMP and efficiently moves the project into production.  He is also an Estimator on hard bid projects, and Project Manager on smaller projects.  Jeff is married with two children.  In his free time he enjoys floating the McKenzie river, fly fishing, snorkeling and supporting Oregon State University athletics, GO BEAVERS!
